Saimal Communication was contracted to implement community sensitization and Demand Creation activities The purpose of the project is to contribute to HIV epidemic control by supporting the MOHCDGEC/NACP and President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG) to strengthen and accelerate scale up a comprehensive package of optimum quality, safe VMMC services among adolescents and adult men 10‐29 years of age to reach 90% prevalence in the targeted SNUs by 2021, and to integrate Early Infant Male Circumcision (EIMC) services in reproductive and child health (RCH) clinics for sustainability.

WORK.

We have embraced the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and we structure our approach to aim for the identified key issues when crafting our responses to our client’s needs and societal challenges. Our Social Marketing and Behavior Change Communication models are created to reflect and build upon innovative communication and marketing strategies. Saimal Communications made concerted efforts to implement various tailored VMMC campaign platforms whose strategies were framed on the belief, values and need of the target audience across the selected activation hotspots.

RESULTS.

SAIMAL leveraged on Cultural themes performance in form of Community Theatre Roadshow implantation, providing a believable and interesting way to explore cultural, socio – economic and development realities around VMMC hotspots.
